Andrew started his photographic career by selling photographs taken on a round the world adventure to travel magazines, travel agent publications and via stock image libraries. He worked briefly for a local free newspaper in West London before joining a Press agency to cover news, features and sport for Britain's major papers. After running the Picture Desk at the agency, he left to resume a freelance career working for The Daily Mail, The Sun, The Sunday  and Daily Mirror, Today and selling his pictures worldwide to the major publications in USA, France, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Australia and New Zealand.
In 1996 he moved to Australia where he has since been a staff photographer for The Australian  and Picture Editor for The West Australian newspapers.
His work has been published in  The Sun, The Daily Mail, The Daily Telegraph, The Times, the Guardian, The Independent, The News of the World (defunct), The Sunday Mirror, the Sunday People and Today (defunct) in the UK; Globe, The National Inquirer in USA and  New Idea, Australian Women's Weekly, Woman's Day, Post (defunct) in Australia.
He is now focussing his efforts on helping local businesses with their photographic needs for their websites and publicity as well as running the popular 'Stills Skills' series of courses encouraging people to get the most out of  their cameras and photography. He also travels regularly to complete some projects he has been forced to put on the backburner in the past!!
He is married with three children and lives in Parkerville, in the hills above Perth, Western Australia.
